Do you offer customs ?

At this point in time, I will not be offering customs. I will be focusing on one off pieces and made to order pieces. I will possibly offer customs in the future,which would be announced on my Instagram

What is your return policy ?

Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind, regular wear and tear, mishandling, or incorrect sizing. Refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. I will not be providing ring resizing in the case of incorrect sizing on the customers behalf. Please ensure you are 100% confident in your ring size (reference ring size chart).

If you believe there to be a manufacturing fault with a product, or damage whilst in transit, please contact me through email hello@misslola.au or through Instagram @misslola.designs. Please inspect your piece upon arrival to ensure there are no faults or damage. No exchanges will be provided. I will provide either a refund, replacement, or fix the damage. If I deem the product to have no faults or damage, I reserve the right to not provide a refund. 

All costs for the shipping and handling of returns will be covered by the customer.

Do you ship internationally ?

At this point in time, I will not be offering international shipping. However, this is something that I will work on to integrate very soon. Domestic shipping within Australia will be $10. Express shipping will be $14
