Do you offer customs ?

I do offer custom pieces ! Custom orders can be organised through my instagram dms. Please reach out with an idea of the piece you would like to bring to life (within my skill set and style), including photos, stones, size, and budget. Custom pieces can take up to 4 weeks to create.

What is your return policy ?

Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind, regular wear and tear, mishandling, or incorrect sizing. Refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. I will not be providing ring resizing in the case of incorrect sizing on the customers behalf. Please ensure you are 100% confident in your ring size (reference ring size chart).

If you believe there to be a manufacturing fault with a product, or damage whilst in transit, please contact me through email hello@misslola.au or through Instagram @misslola.designs. Please inspect your piece upon arrival to ensure there are no faults or damage. No exchanges will be provided. I will provide either a refund, replacement, or fix the damage. If I deem the product to have no faults or damage, I reserve the right to not provide a refund. 

All costs for the shipping and handling of returns will be covered by the customer.

Do you ship internationally ?

I do offer international shipping !!! I offer both regular and express shipping to all shipping ranges. Please see shipping rates for international shipping prices.

How do I find my ring size ?
