Shipping policy

All ready to ship jewels are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Made to order pieces and custom pieces may take up to 6 weeks to create before shipping. 

If you have ordered both a ready to ship piece, and a made to order or custom piece, please note that your order will be shipped out once all pieces are ready to ship. If you require your ready to ship piece to be shipped out immediately, please reach out via email hello@misslola.au. You will be charged for additional shipping if required. 

Australian orders are shipped via AusPost, with tracking. You will receive tracking via your email. 

International orders are shipped out via AusPost with tracking. you will receive tracking via email. Please note, international orders may require custom fees, tariffs, import fees, or taxes. These charges are determined by your county's custom office, and are not included in the price of the items or shipping.

We are not liable for any missing or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged in the post, please contact us ASAP, and we will try to resolve the issue.
